Production Facilities |

Panther Products are manufactured using Aramco base oil from Saudi Arabia and additives from Lubrizol USA & France. These suppliers are among the best in the world-that is where other top companies also source.
Products are made at Lube Oil Blending Plant (LOBP) with a capacity of 40,000 Metric Tons per annum per 8 hour shift. This can easily be expanded to 60,000 Metric Tons per annum or more as and when it may be necessary.
The LOBP is designed with the latest technology to maximize blending flexibility in respect of product volumes and types. We provide state-of-the-art Lubricants Blending Control System, Drum Manufacturing and Plastic Bottles Manufacturing services at a competitive price.
The plant is ideally situated to serve the worldwide market with world-class service. |

Lubricants Testing LAB |

The Lubricants Testing Lab is equipped with highly sophisticated equipment and is operated in accordance with procedures prepared by CALTEX. Accordingly CMM's are listed below as well as ASTM methods. These operational procedures ensure Panther Products:
1) Follow the standard procedures for conducting batch testing and certification of blended products.
2) Establish a systematic approach of identifying, analyzing and reporting blending related non-conformities during batch testing and certification of blended products.
3) Conduct different methodologies for correction of product in the kettle blend so that they meet required specification. |
